1. Who we are

Ravenkeep — the Discord bot and this website — is operated by PE Pushnoi Roman Olexiyovych, a sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected]. By adding Ravenkeep to a server or using the dashboard, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Ravenkeep provides welcome messages and welcome cards, role panels and auto-roles, server logging and support tickets for Discord servers, configured with slash commands or the dashboard. It has a free plan and a paid Premium plan, sold per server. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

Fair use: to keep Ravenkeep fast and reliable for everyone, we may apply technical limits (for example to stored messages, uploaded pictures and how often commands can be used) and slow down or pause features for a server whose use is far above normal or looks abusive. Where we can, we'll let the server's admins know and explain how to get back within normal use.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and meet Discord's minimum age.
  • If you add Ravenkeep to a server or configure it, you confirm you're allowed to do so. Server logging records what members do (for example edited and deleted messages); as the server's admin you are responsible for having a legitimate reason to log and for telling your members, as the law of your country requires.
  • Don't use Ravenkeep for anything illegal, to harass people, to spam, or to collect data about people outside what server moderation needs.
  • Don't try to break, overload or get around Ravenkeep's security or plan limits, or access servers or data you aren't allowed to manage.

4. Premium

  • Premium is a subscription for one Discord server, billed monthly or yearly at the prices on our Pricing page. Any sales tax or VAT for your country is added by Paddle and shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You buy Premium from Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase; Paddle also handles payment, invoices and sales tax/VAT.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The person who bought Premium can cancel any time on the server's Premium page in the dashboard (“Manage subscription”); Premium then stays on until the end of the period already paid for.
  • If Premium ends (canceled, failed payment or refund), nothing is deleted: Premium-only features pause and come back if Premium is renewed.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods; we'll tell existing subscribers before a change applies to them.

5. Availability

We work to keep Ravenkeep running and your data backed up, but the service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. It depends on Discord and other providers outside our control.

6. Ending use

You can stop using Ravenkeep any time by removing it from your server; its data is then deleted after 30 days, or immediately with /data delete (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or stop providing Ravenkeep to a server or user that breaks these terms or Discord's rules. If we stop the whole service, we'll give reasonable notice and refund unused Premium time paid in advance.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost data, profit or goodwill), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Ravenkeep in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we'll give notice in advance in our support server. Continuing to use Ravenkeep after a change means you accept it.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and can bring a claim there.
